# OKC Shelters SMS Terms of Service

These SMS Terms of Service govern text messages sent by OKC Shelters to customers and individuals who opt in to receive SMS communications from us.
1. SMS Program
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications from OKC Shelters, you agree to receive text messages related to your interaction with our business.

* Appointment confirmations and reminders
* Storm shelter installation scheduling
* Installation updates and rescheduling notices
* Weather-related installation notices

* Order and account updates

Consent to receive marketing SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from OKC Shelters.

After submitting an opt-out request, you may receive a final SMS confirming your request.
Following your opt-out, OKC Shelters will stop sending SMS communications covered by your request except where a message is necessary for transactional, safety, or legal purposes.
You may opt back in by providing SMS consent again.
